Terms & conditions
Last updated 17 October 2026
These terms cover your use of dhruvmedia.com and the general basis on which Dhruv Media ("we", "us") works with clients. Dhruv Media is registered as an MSME in India under the name Dhruv Web Media. For client work, the written proposal or agreement we send you sets out the scope, fees and timelines. If it conflicts with these terms, the proposal or agreement wins.
1. Using this site
The content on this site is general information, not a promise of any particular result. You may not copy or reuse our content, logos or client materials without written permission, or use the site for anything unlawful.
2. Proposals and scope
Every project starts with a written proposal that lists what we will deliver. Work outside that scope, including extra revisions or changes after something has gone live, is quoted separately before we start it.
3. Fees and payment
- Fees, currency and payment dates are set out in your proposal and invoices.
- Monthly services are billed in advance. Project work may require an upfront deposit.
- If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it is paid.
- Fees for work already started or delivered are not refundable.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, software subscriptions and paid advertising are paid by you, directly or reimbursed to us, unless your proposal says otherwise. Renewing them on time is your responsibility.
4. What we need from you
- Timely access to the accounts, recordings and information the work needs.
- Feedback and approvals within the agreed time, so deadlines can be met.
- Confirmation that you have the right to use everything you send us (text, images, video, music, logos) and that it is lawful. You are responsible for that material and for claims arising from it.
5. Approvals and publishing
We do not publish anything on your behalf without your approval. Once you approve content, you are responsible for it being published.
6. Use of AI and tools
We use AI and automation tools to help produce and manage work. A person on our team reviews the output before it reaches you. We only put your material into tools that are needed for your project.
7. Results
Social platforms, search engines and AI tools are run by third parties and change often. We will do the agreed work carefully and professionally, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as views, followers, rankings, leads or revenue.
8. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, the final deliverables made for you belong to you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, workflows and know-how, and may reuse them for other work. We will only show your name, logo or work in our portfolio with your permission.
9. Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to do the work. We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your own passwords safe and for keeping backups of your website, email and data, unless backups are part of your proposal.
10. Content we will not produce
We may refuse or stop work involving content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringes someone else's rights.
11. Ending the work
Either side may end ongoing work with the notice period in your proposal, or 30 days' written notice if none is stated. We may end work immediately if invoices remain unpaid or these terms are seriously breached. You pay for work done up to the end date.
12. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data, or for outages, account restrictions or changes caused by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Links to other sites
We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to, such as LinkedIn or Calendly.
14. Disputes and governing law
We will first try to resolve any disagreement by talking it through in good faith. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect work already agreed in a signed proposal.
